This 400th anniversary campaign, carried out throughout 2013, is finished. The work to honor treaties with Native Nations and protect the Earth continues. Learn more, or join in that work: contact the Onondaga Nation, Neighbors of the Onondaga Nation, Neetopk Keetopk (Hudson Valley), Onondaga Canoe and Kayak Club or Two Row Paddle down the Grand (2016).

After landing at Pier 96 on Friday, August 9, we will march, beginning at 11:30 am, to Dag Hammarskjold Plaza where we will be greeted by representatives from the United Nations Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues.

We’re hoping lots of New Yorkers and others will join us as we cross Manhattan to call for New York State and the United States to Honor Native Treaties and Protect the Earth.
